We are pleased to offer our partners the opportunity to claim back 100% of the cost of a ticket for the AoC Quality, Teaching, Learning and Assessment Conference on Wednesday 9 December 2026.

 

How it works:

  • Purchase your ticket for the event
  • Collect your reimbursement code from the Mindful Education exhibition stand
  • Give the reimbursement code to your finance team, who will invoice Mindful Education
  • We will reimburse 100% of the ticket cost

 

How to claim:

  1. Confirm your attendance at the event with your main Mindful Education Operations Team contact
  2. Purchase your event ticket directly on the AoC event web page
  3. Visit the Mindful Education exhibition stand at the conference to collect your reimbursement code
  4. After the event, ask your finance team to:
    • Provide proof of purchase for your ticket
    • Invoice Mindful Education for 100% of the value of the ticket, quoting the reimbursement code collected from the Mindful Education exhibition stand
  5. We will reimburse your college

 

Terms and conditions:

  • This invitation is for the named invitee only, and is non-transferable
  • This offer is only valid for the AoC Quality, Teaching, Learning and Assessment Conference 2026, on Wednesday 9 December 2026
  • Mindful Education will reimburse 100% of the value of the following tickets only:
    • AoC member fee –  £375 + VAT per delegate
    • Affiliate member fee –  £405 + VAT per delegate
    • Non-member institutions –  £430 + VAT per delegate
  • Non-member commercial (£865 + VAT) and stand support (£115 + VAT) tickets are not included in this offer
  • This offer is not affiliated with AoC and does not affect their offer of 10% off when purchasing 2 or more AoC member tickets:
  • If you take advantage of the AoC 10% discount, we will reimburse the discounted price as shown on your invoice
